Property Description

NEW PRICE.

We are pleased to present this lovely village house which is a delightful blend of tradition and potential.  The property is nestled in the popular village of Fuente Alamo and offers picturesque views from the patio out across the Spanish countryside.  The house is habitable as is, but would benefit from some internal updating and modernisation and needs a new kitchen adding.

The house offers accommodation over 2 floors and has 2 entrance doorways. Downstairs there is a utility room, living/dining room, large family bathroom and a double bedroom.  There are also 2 further rooms which contain animal pens and currently used for storage which are a blank canvas, just waiting to be converted into more living space.

Upstairs, there are a further 3 good sized bedrooms.

The patio is around 80m2 so plenty of room for entertaining or just relaxing and soaking up the Spanish sunshine.  You can access the patio directly from the house or via a gate at the side of the property and a few steps.  Below the patio area, there is a garage of around 40 m2.  This is currently used just for storage but can easily accommodate a car for off street parking.

Mains utilities are connected.

This property is located 15 minutes drive from the town of Alcala la Real which has full amenities including bars, shops, cafes and banks and 45 minutes from Granada.  The village has 2 lively bars and daily deliveries of bread, fish, meat etc.  With some work, this would make the perfect home for both holidays or full-time living for those wishing to explore the allure of Spanish culture.
